This was after the plaintiff withdrew the case against the body of Medical practitioners on Wednesday.
The UFP Chief Scribe had filed a writ seeking the court to declare the strike embarked upon by the Ghana Medical Association (GMA) as illegal.
The doctors earlier embarked on a strike to demand a codified condition of service from the government, the absence of which they will not return to their posts.
Last week the doctors after several pleas from both eminent Ghanaians and ordinary members of the public called off their industrial action and are currently attending to patients.
When the case was called on Wednesday, the plaintiff through his lawyer indicated that he had decided to pull out the case.
The Presiding Judge, Justice Barbara Tetteh Charway then cancelled the case, but refused to award cost against Nana Kusi Poku as the GMA had requested.
